Unhappy cincinnati saber 750 axes drives are not enabled

I own a Cincinnati Sarber 750 machine. I have a problem. When I turn on the machine, the drive lights flash green and red, but when I press a green start button, all drives flash three green lights, but the z drive lights three green lights, then turns on a red light on the turn-back signal, then an error comes (39-6) Please help me

I think you are looking at the FOLD BACK light. This indicates the axis is in a over current condition. If you brace up the Z axis with a 4x4, turn off all the power and disconnect the 3 axis drive motor wires at the drive (make sure you take a pic and label them first). Turn on the machine and the drives, if you have a fault then the problem is in the Z axis drive and not in the motor or the wires. You may have a short in the IGBT transistors in the drive.
