Message "Autorization Required" help, how quit this?

first I explain my problem, I have a cincinnati 500 arrow 2, it failed 1 year ago, I try to repair it, but several problems have come up, I leave images if you can help me.
I know that one is for a configuration of the profibus dp cable, but I do not know the configuration of the switches of the same cable.

Need more info to try and help you. Your title is about authorization required, your question seems to be about Profibus.

I dont see any attachments so cant refer to them.


The Profibus question has already been asked and answered...how many and where they are located depends on your exact config, but essentially only the terminating connectors should be "ON", the rest are off.

Authorization required...this is typically from people swapping components between machines. It basically says the serial number on hard drive does not match serial number of control. If you haven't swapped components, it is possible the Serial number chip is not connected properly.
