CINCINNATI ARROW 2 - PROFIBUS PROBLEM - E A831

Please some help.

I have a Cincinnati Arrow 2 with Acramatic 2100 - and Siemens Simodrive 611 drivers.

Yesterday the machine was Ok, today the machine can`t work, the servo driver X,Z has the error E A831 and the light is red on the profibus expansion card (Profibus - DP), the other 2 profibus expansion cards are ok, they have green light.
I swapped the profibus expansion cards with the Y driver. The same defective profibus expansion card is giving an error on the Y driver and the XY driver is ok (RUN) have green light on the Profibus - DP. I turn the machine ON and it didn't give an error, but the tool drum started to rotate.

I am going to purchase a Profibus expansion card to replace the defective. My concerns is if the Profibus expansion card (Profibus - DP) has to be configured or it will just wok without any configuration.

Please some advise

Replacing the card is easy, but there are a number of things that can cause that alarm. If you swapped the cards without chamging anything else, and the problem moved with the card that is fairly conclusive.
