Cincinnati Arrow 750 RT board issue

We had a booting issue with the unit (WS) time/date errors, so the backup batteries were replaced on both CPUs (Dallas) keeping 3v on them before cutting free. RT battery was at 0.6v while the WS was at 1.6v. WS boots up fine now (previously recorded the boot parameters) but after the Vickers s/w boots it reports issues with the RT.
Thanks to the great info on this site, I see that the RT probably needs to be reflashed. I am looking for someone who can do this for us. I have photos of the RT board info and ready to ship. Locals don't know how to fix this.

Better retrofit it with new CNC including the servos.
