Default Kollmorgan drive and kitagawa rotary table

I have an Cincinnati Arrow. Years ago I bought a Kitagawa rotary off EBay, rotary model TB160 as I recall. The rotary has its own control box. However the machine is pre-wired for another drive.
If possible I would like to control the 4th rotary from the machine control.
Will a kollmorgan drive run this kitagawa rotary or is there more to this that I need to know and do.

    Sarms,
You would need a Kollmorgen Motor with amps to match the Drive.
You do not say if it was a Kollmorgen BDS4 Drive, or a Kollmorgen Servo-Star. The motors are quite different.

    It's a BDS4 drive.

Sarms, A BDS4 Drive has a sticker with a Model Type
    i.e. Drive Type: BDS4-206-23-412W32 (A-axis 6-Amp) Motor Type : A axis 1-604-0210

There is a small chance the BDS4 can run your motor; list your motor part number - and specs if you have them - and we can tell you if it can work.
