Look inside the back electrical panel, you have a silver box with a board in the left that has lights and 4 switches on it. Write down the light colors and the switch names. If you have the control reference manual it has a section on trouble shooting using the lights. Do you have 2 green lights at the bottom of the lights for the power supplies. Make sure the switches are to the left.
