Arrow 2 axis motor coupler...

Hey guys, anyone here ever replace the red plastic coupler between the motor and ball screw? I am having a hard time finding a replacement for the original ones that basically fell apart.

Search for "spider insert". Those are common replacement parts, you just have to determine the correct size. Measure the diameter and look for any markings.

Some time ago I had one of those failed in a vacuum pump. I CNC'd a temporary replacement out of PVC foam. Worked perfectly fine for a month until the real part arrived.

This is a LOVEJOY coupling, just buy a new complete coupling to get your machine running.
