    Default Cincinnati Sabre 1250

I recently bought a Cincinnati sabre 1250 vmc. The structure LM guides and ball screws are in a very good condition. But the controller and the servos needs replacement.

    So, this is my plan..
    X axis - 15NM absolute encoder 2000 rpm with v70 drive

    Y axis - 15NM absolute encoder 2000 rpm with V70 drive

Z axis - 15NM absolute encoder 2000 rpm with brake and v70 drive

Spindle - 11kw spindle servo motor

Siemens 808d advanced controller new one if i dont get a used one.

    I have 2 questions..
    1. Is the above configuration correct for the machine??
    2. For spindle motor - i have a fanuc servo spindle motor. Attached the name plate pic. Can i use this motor along with a VFD and external encoder..? Will it be good if i do this...
