Cincinnati 20VC Acramatic 850 Manual Request

Hello,

I got a Cincinnati 20VC with Acramatic 850.

I need maintenance manual to find this error I got. (See attached photos)

Error Codes:

SPDL Speed Fail 22 CR

Alert Number: 17380

If someone can help me find what this error are.

The control puts out a DC voltage command to the spindle drive; typically +/- 9.98DCV at Max Spindle RPM in the low or high gear and 1/2 that for 50% speed etc...
Hopefully the spindle turns quietly and freely so there is no mechanical bind.
Check the incoming phases line to line for the proper voltage.
you can check the velocity command output to the drive; if it is what you expect you can check the current output on each of the 3-legs to see if they are equal.
there are spindle drive adjustments to check. If those are correct then you should disconnect and Ohm each leg to the other leg and Mega-Ohm the motor.
