Arrow 1000 head tram

Does anyone now how to set the tram on the head? My machine is out bad in the x position. The machine is leveled good so I don't think that is the problem. Its a 2001 cincinnati arrow 1000.

How far is it out??? How level is the machine??? Did you tram the table surface and make a map of the table?? Do you have the machine bolted to the floor?? Has the machine been crashed?? How are you tramming the head?? Many questions.
