acramatic 2100 realtime cpu board bios

Hi guys please
I have a Cincinati CNC machine ARROW 500, i have a problem with realtime cpu board part number is 3-424-2168A02 and error is NC Engine base failed.
And i replaced the battery and i need the bios programming file and set up for the bios
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Fives-MSI Cincinnati can Re-Flash the BIOS using a Floppy Disk Program; we then Test it in a Simulator with a CMHD I/O Board Tester, DV5 and Pendant.
