Default Getting rid of Cincinnati Milacron T-10 Horizontal

We've finally gotten to the point where we're only running our T-10 about a couple times a year and it's now taking up more space then it's worth. We've removed the guarding from the machine in order to run some parts that were too big to fit. This is a two pallet machine with 45 CAT-50 tools. We've upgraded the screen to an LCD. For those who don't know, the T-10 is a 500mm (19.68") pallet machine with travels of X32" / Y26" / Z26" and a 6,000RPM 2-range spindle. This machine has a 1° B-axis. The control is an Acramatic 950.

No offers (above scrap value) will be refused for parts of the entire machine. I'd really like to see this machine's parts go to someone who can use them instead of the bone yard. Please get in touch if you have any interest.

We have a bunch of spare parts, manuals, etc.

The machine is in Farmington, NH,

If you're interested please give Seneca Machine a call or email.

Cincinnati machine can be very nice after CNC retrofitting.

Sorry this has taken me a few days. I have taken some pictures of the cabinets and uploaded them to Dropbox. Here's the link. If you have any questions or want more specific pictures, I can accommodate.

We did have this machine laser and ballbar checked some years ago. The end result was the ballscrews were very accurate but the servos probably needed some tuning to get better roundness on contouring. Since then the machine has had very little use, maybe... a couple hundred hours runtime, max.

The spindle drive was sent to Siemens a couple years ago for a rebuild. (one of the few times we needed to run the machine, it decided it didn't want to) It came back extremely clean and works well.

The old MFM/RLL Hard drive was replaced with a conversion board to IDE and a compact flash card.

We have a LOT of spare parts for this machine and a full set of documentation, with some duplicate books.

    Justin
