    Default Work offsets hawk 200tc

    Hi everyone,
We recently bought a cinncinati hawk 200tc with the acramatic 2100 controller.

Would anyone know how to set work offset (z0)
And measure additional tools off the Z0.

I have set z0 but when I change tools and try measure other tools but lengths seem to change when I go back to check the tools.

Any help would really be appreciated.

You need to bring you face off tool to the end of the part and MDI G92 Z (????? ) what ever the print calls out that length. Then press CYCLE START and the Z readout will change to zero.
I am sure there or other ways to do it and achieve the same results.

    That worked a treat, thanks

I'm trying set another tool of the new Z0 using the tool symbol under the small display screen, it's giving me the option to manually set Z or X.
When I do this the current position on the controller will change but when I call up the tool again the position seems to have changed.

    I originally used G92.1
