Acramatic 2100 x axis don't align

Hi everybody, I have a problem with acramatic 2100. When I make procedure for align all axis they Machine make the alignment procedure, but at finish never align the axis, however all axis movement. I try disable only X axis, and the procedure for align successfull, then I try enable only X axis (y and z disabled) and never move the axis, when I use JOG mode X axis move on both directions. Acramatic 2100 never show errors and I don't know what is the problem.

Hi. Maybe it's the switch under work table. Remove x guards , locate it, do align procedure , press that switch during alignment and see if machine goes other direction, or alarms overtravel ( there are 2 switches).
