Default Has someone a working Cincinnati Sabre with 8000RPM Spindle?

    Hi!
I had an Alarm 17 on my Spindle drive board and I have sent it to repair. After I got it back the parameter from the NVRAM were set to the standard value.
Now if I put in M3 S2000 the Spindle turns with 5 RPM.
Fanuc support told me that this is because the wrong parameter in the NVRAM.

So now I am searching someone who has the same machine or spindle and can give me the parameters.

    Here are the specifications:
Spindle Motor: Model 18P Type A06B-0728-B194#3000
    Drive Unit A06B-6959-C212
    Drive Type: A06B-6059-H212
    PCB: A20B-1003-0010/14B

The parameters can be read in the following way:
    1. With power on Press all 4 buttons (mode,up,down, data set) simultaneously until the display shows FFFFF
    2. Press MODE button and use up and down buttons to go to differt parameter locations
    3. Release the Buttons and the value of the parameter is shown.
    4. Repeat step 2 and 3 for all parameter...

PLEASE can someone help me and write down the parameter for me or does someone have a original parameter list from cincinnati?

    THANK YOU

I do not have an answer for you sadly. However I hope I can point you in the right direction. Contact the FIVES Group, they are now the support for Cincinnati. There should be no reason they cant get you those parameters. Here is the link to the contact page. Someone may be able to hop on here and get you answer, but this is the best I can do for you right now. Good luck.

I got the parameter but it is still not working. If I enter M3 S4000 the drive receive 5V and the spindle turns with just 4 RPM.

    Here are the parameter:
    F01-1
    F02-0
    F03-0
    F04-0
    F05-2
    *F10-132
    *F11-143
    *F13-200
    *F14-203
    F15-80
    F16-10
    F17-2
    *F29-131
    F36-99
    * Machine dependent
All other Parameters default to fanuc Standard settings.

Far out check: to send in, did u unhook the 3 motor leads? If so, might u have put them back phased differently? If possible then try swapping any 2 leads...
