Arrow 1000 - “Application startup timeout. The exe name is CNC.EXE

Upon boot up, while loading “Loading Machine mode (3 of 13)” it hangs for a minute or so then gives the following errors:


“Application startup timeout. The exe name is CNC.EXE”


Then

“CNC overflow”

All diagnostics pass, no fault lights from what I can see. Can reference the machine but as soon as you click to enter machine mode or try to run a program it locks up.

This machine is already using a CF card for a hard drive.

The machine was running fine at the end of the day yesterday. Any ideas?

Ended up being something corrupt on the drive. I put in the backup CF card and everything works as normal.
