Default Arrow 750 no lights on psr4/5, bds5, and axis drives.

Turned my machine on everything looked good. Run a program and as soon as it started it clicked off and some error popped up on screen mentioning a encoder problem then shut itself down. Now when I turn the power on there is nothing. I have to push some relay thing in just to get the pc side to boot and that only gets to the vickers screen then shuts itself down again. There are no lights coming on any of the kollmorgen units. Axis, psr or bds5. There is power on one side of the m20 breaker but that don't even click in and out like it used to.
just bought this machine a few weeks ago as a hobbie and the psr blew up, I got another one fitted yesterday and now this. Ive not even used it yet.

look at your wiring diagram. 220v (110vac?) comes into connector on psr4/5 to power all drive logic levels; it is missing or psr4/5 logic supply broke? fuse? there is one inside the psr4/5 - little 3ag glass 5 amp or so on logic. ... does not go thru M20

Are you sure you have the correct incoming voltage and current to the machine??? Are you running on a phase converter??

Been there today and got some power going again. I'm not using a phase converter. Pc side is working again and there are lights on the bds5. I have overspeed lights on all the axis units and the m20 is not popping in like it used to. If I press the m20 in I get power to the psr.
ill upload a few images in a mo.

I looked inside and the fuses are good. I noticed when I wiggle the i/0 cards I start to get some more things happening like the green leds light up and and the little contactor above the m20 pulls in and starts tbe water pump.
