Arrow 100 / HH TNC426 - spindle does not spin

Cincinnati Arrow 1000 / Heidenhain TNC 426 control

We are facing a problem from today. The spindle does not want to spin when prompt with S1000 M3

Errors pop up
30 SPINDLE DRIVE NOT READY
sometimes also
27 SPINDLE ACC-DEC TIME

When trying to load a tool automatically we sometimes also get:
21 SPINDLE ORIENTATION TIME

No errors / red lights in the back panel - Vickers BDS4

Any clues where to start looking for trouble ?

You should have a VF5 (black) Kollmorgan spindle drive not a BDS4 axis drive. Post a pic of all of the drives so that I know we are talking about the same thing.

Well I can not answer your problem, I'm here in your post because I checked that you have an Arrow with Heidenhain 426 control, I have an arrow only with CT control and I need to upgrade with this control just like yours would be possible to send me a Backup copy of the parameters of your machine?
