Sabre 750 acramatic 850sx parameters needed

Recently my MMC board got toasted and I did not have my parameters backed up.

I need

System commissioning data parameters
MTB commissioning data parameters

Did you ever receive these parameters? We just purchased a Sabre 1000 and it's missing all the parameters.
