problem with 3018 cnc router

I have a cnc router 3018 which I up grade to size 300 x 420 work table and change the spindle motor to 500w. The problem I having I load the gerber file in flatcam done the the gcode when my cnc was Engraving on the pcb I found it was to big in size as I was testing my cnc for problem can any one help me.

I have found the problem I check on youtube I need to calibration of my 3018 cnc router and found that my y is out and I check the x is right travel
