Our company is trying to make a wire-spooling machine with a CNC machine, but to do that we have to know the developer password to adjust necessary parameters because we're using completely new ballscrews and internal systems.
Can anyone in the forum tell me the password? I've got a response from Weihong, but their password did not help much aside from getting the very same error we got last time.
Is there a way to either reset this to a factory standard or does anyone know the password to access developer mode around here?
