CNC 6040 problem

I´m new with CNC router. I bought CNC 6040 . Installed everything how said manual but I have a problem. When I try to move axis so after few second I get all 3 step motors sound like they vibrate. I tried too many different settings but without luck. Can somebody know where can be problem. Thank you very much in advice for all help.
