How do I flash my Cronos maker?
all of the axis are reversed.

That's interesting. Mine reversed axis direction as a whole.
I must have had a 'useful' glitch.
As you said before. The easiest way is change motor outputs 'dir' pin active high/low setting.
(Leave 'step' pin as is).
OP.
All high/low does is switch IO voltage on or off to signal motor to spin in a particular direction. Changing it just reverses this action.
Some people think it's actually a polarity reversal and aren't keen to change it. Is wrong.

No, you did not have a glitch, it will change the axis direction, but the X Y Z axis is changed by the active high active low, and how it moves in the Dro Positive or negative axis moves, this has to work correct
This is the normal setup in Mach3 from the manual
Now press the right arrow key on the keyboard. If all is well the X-axis DRO should count up
and the tool on the machine should move in the positive direction (to the right) (table moves
from right to left). If the DRO counts up but the tool moves in negative direction we need to
reverse the motor direction. We do this by reversing the Dir Low Active setting in Ports and
Pins, Motor Outputs.
