Smoothing pass not smooth anymore

My machine went from producing smooth surfaces to not smoothing the rough cut. Nothing was changes, same g-code same material same PCD endmill I also changed to a HSS endmill to see if it helped but same result. I'm lost as to why its doing this, You can see in the pic the smooth result then the rough ones that its now producing. Nothing seems loose on machine. Any ideas?
