Need help! CnC router Syntec 6MB alarm

My company have a cnc router Syntec 6mb and an alarm error keep showing "MLC 84 (R45. 3) PLC Alarm"... The spindle is rotating just fine.. But the machine doesn't want to move..Anyone knows what is wrong with the machine? What should i do to solve this problem? Thanks

Unfortunately not sure. I looked through the manual I had but error code mlc 84 is not listed so I guess it's a machine manufacturer added code.

I'd check all the sensors you can think of. I had a weird one once where it was a loose sensor that reported that the tool changer was retracted.
