Need help with cnc 3040 JP1482 board

Before we start I know it probably my own fault but I've got a problem with my jp1482 spindle board.

My spindle now doesn't work, I've been testing the board with a multi meter and it seems that the spindle switch and dc out for the spindle has a short circuit somewhere. I've also tested resistors, caps and fuses on the back and they seem fine. Also the 24v out for the driver board is working fine

can anyone shed any light on this problem because I cant seem to find a replacement board anywhere
