I have some experience in CAD but I am new to CNC. I bought a 3018 Pro that included woodpecker controller with grbl 1.1. I am using Fusion 360 to design the parts and Candle to send the G-Code.
To calibrate the machine a created 100mmx100mm box, cut, measured, adjusted 100 & 101 and repeated until it was right on. The problem is that when I cut a 4inx4in block with a 3/4in hole in it, the box is 4x4 but the hole is about .73in. This is also true if I cut a 2in box inside the 4in box. The outside dimensions (4in) is right on but the inside dimension of the hole or other contour is off (too small). I don't get it...
