China CNC Motor läuft nicht

Hallo.

Ich habe mir vor einer Woche eine China CNC gekauft.
Nachdem ich die Software Mach3 installiert habe, laufen zumindest alle 3 Achsen schon mal.
Aber wie bekomme ich die Spindel zum laufen? Hat jemand Erfahrung damit?
Wenn ich mir die Verkabelung ansehe hat die Spindel keine Verbindung zu Mach3, nur zwei Kabel an 230V, zwei Kabel zur Spindel, drei Kabel zum Poti. Händisch anschalten ist aber ok für mich.
Das Motor Netzteil gibt keinen Ton von sich, weder der Lüfter läuft, noch zeigt die LED etwas an. 230V liegt an.

Kann es sein das das Netzteil defekt ist? oder das Poti?
