Default I bought a 1325 ATC router from China.

    Hello.

Ihate writing but you have to see this.
Ifit would help one of you, I didn't write this unnecessarily.

Hereis my experience buying a 1325 CNC router from China.

Ichose a retailer with 11 years of tradition in Alibaba.
Irecommend checking "Transaction History". After clicking, the number of delivered machines is displayed. I didn't, and it was abig mistake. Or it wasn't there then.
Whatthey write on their profile is not decisive. But everyone knows that.

Istarted communicating with the seller in October 2018. Thecommunication should have warned me that it's not ok. I asked thequestions gradually (one question per message) to get an answer toeverything I needed to know. The seller urged me to order as soon aspossible. I multiplied the number of questions per message to 5. Ionly got the answer to the simplest question. Repeated subsequentinquiries and brief answers led me to pay 30% of the advance inNovember 2018.
SoI ordered the 1325 router (1300 x 2500 mm), ATC spindle, 12 toolmagazine, EtherCat servos and absolute encoders.

Theentire order was (via Alibaba "Trade Assurance"):
    Jcut-1325ATC cnc router machine with
    -body and construction as picture
    -1300*2500*200mm working demension
-4.5kw HQD water cooling atc spindle 24000RPM with inverter andcooling pump
-750W Delta servo motor ECMA-CA0807RS with absolute encoder (X,Y1,Y2,Zit is 4 pieces)
-Delta driver ASDA A2-E EtherCAT (X,Y1,Y2,Z it is 4 pieces)
-7.5KW vacuum pump(JQT 7.5KW AIR PUMP WITH INVERTER) and table
    -12 tools linear ATC
    -dust extraction with suction foot
    -Automatic lubrication system
    -Taiwan Hiwin 25 linear rail
    -oblique gear rack
    -TBI ballscrew Z axis
    -Acurracy 0.01mm
    -small controlling box
    -rotary axis: diameter 150 mm
-Everything connected. Tested. Then remove your controling system.
Thecontent of the shipment will be:
    2pcs of JQT-3000-C pump
    1pcs router as specified above
1pcs 7.5KW vacuum pump and table JQT7500 7.5kw withinverter withan inverter where I can connect the pressure sensor and potentiometerand automatically control the vacuum.
    1pcs dust extraction
1pcs 750W Delta servo motor ECMA-CA0807RS with absolute encoder asspare part
1pcs Delta driver ASD-A2-0721-E EtherCAT as spare part
    1pcs 4th rotary axis: diameter 150 mm (as picture "4 axis.jpg")
20pcs Chuck holder "BT30 ER25" balanced for 25000 rpm, with
RetentionKnob For Tool Holder and nut
    52pcs Collets (D3; D4; D5; D6.35; D8; D10; D12; D14; D16 - each of 4pcs; D3, 175; D6 - each of 8 pcs)
    1pcs Holder-knife-holder with
    1pcs Standard equipment
    FOBQingdao Port Price
    Totalprice $ 14,209 USD

Iarranged the transport (on recommendation) myself, namely TCCLogistics.
Ientered the parameters of the shipment and the place of pickup (portin China) and got an offer for the shipping price incl. all charges.
    Everythingelse arranged by the carrier.
March6, 2019 shipped the shipment in front of my workshop for the price ofthe offer without any extra charge.
Iwas more than satisfied with the transport.

InJanuary 2019 before shipping, I was asked to pay the rest of theprice.
Thedeal was: photos of everything before paying and shipping.
Unfortunately.I had a chat and paid everything without photos. I have beenreassured many times that everything will be as agreed.

Thefirst discrepancy after delivery was in the volume of theconsignment. The supplier wrote me the shipment volume. According tothese data, I ordered shipping. The reality was elsewhere. Theshipment was smaller and I wasted an extra $ 156 USD. The supplierdoes not care that you do not pay unnecessary extra money. But thecontractor saves where possible. But at the expense of the customer. In some details it is striking.

Irealized that it would not be enough to connect to electricity andstart milling. He expected me to adjust a few details. But that Ihave to completely dismantle it, send to re-milling the frame andreassemble it all I had no idea.

SinceI was buying from Trade Assurance, I opened a dispute and requestedredress.

The evidence I sent to Alibaba is attached.

Thepictures show that the white paint was applied after assembly.
Someplaces on the frame of the router (chipped paint and then retouched)bring me to the idea that the frame is from the used machine and onlyrefurbished.

Ido not know how you but the inequality on the linear guide for theportal 0.85 mm is too much for me. According to HIWIN recommendation(both in .pdf and on phone with HIWIN) it must be +/- 0,03mm. Andthat's a bit of a problem. I can't estimate how many hours the linearguide blocks could work before they get damaged. But probably verysoon. Not to mention the precision of the milled workpiece.

Beforere-milling the frame, I asked for a total re-measurement to know ifit's really that bad.
Themeasurement really surprised me. I tried to record it in "routermeasurement.pdf".
Redis a linear guide, blue is a comb.
Thevertical red arrow is a deviation from two opposite points that havebeen aligned to an imaginary zero.
Thehorizontal red arrow is a non-parallelism of the linear guide.

Theblue arrow indicates non-parallelism with linear guidance. Here, ofcourse, there is a problem in adjusting the pinion clearance. On oneside you set a clearance of 0 mm and on the other side a clearance of0.7 mm ??? Nothing much.

Speakingof pinions, it would be worth mentioning that it is iron withoutsurface treatment. I.e. in those few (manual) movements, wear isvisible on the pinion.

    11years of tradition ??
Everythingis done on the knee. Absolutely amateur work.

Moreover, the contents of the shipment was not according to my wishes. Iordered a spare servo and driver but unfortunately. I ordered a totalof 3 vacuum pumps with filter and silencer. I only have one filter.

    Ifeel cheated and robbed.
Afterproviding the evidence and documenting the communication, Alibabadecided that the supplier had to supply me with the rest of thefilters and silencers.
Itseems like a success, but it's a mockery.
Alibabasaid I had to pay for the transport. That was $ 190 USD. And that'sbasically the price of filters and shock absorbers.
    SoI actually paid them again.
Servoand driver as a spare part Alibaba refused me.

Qualityand precision - a chapter in itself.
Forquality inspection Alibaba recommended me a few companies here in theCzech Republic. But after a few phones, I realized it would be awaste of money for quality inspection.

Afteran overall inspection and disassembly, I concluded that the portalfell during assembly.
Atthe bottom of the portal is a hole after falling to the edge of thetable.
Inmy opinion, it happened that the left side was screwed onto thelinear guide blocks and the right side slipped out of the linearguide blocks and the right side fell.
Thisrefuted the left side of the frame incl. bearing surfaces for linearguide rail. Obviously, the "X" and "Y" linearguide blocks were damaged.
    I.e.4 + 4 blocks of linear guidance for $ 65 USD.
Thebearing surface for the linear guide rail was only repaired with ahammer. Therefore, there is an extreme deflection at the rear.
Buteven so, the supplier was not ashamed to send it as a finished piece.

Iissued an invoice to the supplier for $ 2020 USD. As compensation.
    -1 dismantling the machine $220
-1 machine eviction from the workshop $115
-1 loading and transporting the machine to service company (120 km)$110
    -1 Price for repair $1100
-1 loading and transporting the machine back to the workshop (120 km)$110
-1 moving the machine to the workshop $115
    -1 machine assembly $250
    TOTALINVOICE VALUE : $2020

    Idon't count:
    -servo
    -driver
-time spent dealing with irregularities (tens and tens of hours)
    -thwarted contracts
    -and so on...

    Iwant so much?

I am sorry to see all this amateur work with a tool that must have some margin tolerances , i think u need to make welds again , but u need a specialist for that so it wont tension extrem the body of cnc .
Realy a bad work done there , but i think will work like that if u align the rails again and check they distance to be equal .
How much do u think this is weighting ?

    Thanks.

It's already fixed. Tolerance after repair 0,03 mm.

    Weighting I dare not guess.
