The box has an ethernet connection? If so, you'll need the correct plugin for whatever ethernet controller it's using. All the ones I've ever seen have been USB.
Hello,
I just recently purchased this router, done everything as in instructions (found three versions of them all with bad translation and mistakes). I want to know how to connect the router via ethernet cable to Mach3? Spindle is spinning via VFD box but Mach3 says No FHC USB pod found.

Yes, it has only Ethernet connection. What do you mean "correct plugin"?
Mach 3 and 4 use software "plugins" - think of it as sort of a device driver - to communicate with breakout boards via USB or Ethernet. Different breakout boards "speak" different "languages" (so to speak), and Mach needs the correct plugin to communicate with it.
If the documentation that came with it doesn't indicate which driver plugin you need, you might have to open the case on the electronics box to identify the board.
Hope that helps...
Yes. It sounds like you have a plugin installed for a USB controller, not the ethernet controller that you have. Without the correct plugin, Mach3 can't communicate with your controller.

Understood, there are downloaded plugins. I added them to Mach3 but no success at the moment. Seller recommended to change from Windows XP to Windows 7 and then start all over which im doing right now
That likely won't make any difference.

Possible, as i read XP is better but maybe there are problems with PC drivers
XP is no better or worse for Mach3, and there are no drivers that would affect Mach3 operation.

Cnaging windows didnt helped, same as XP looks like there is problem with IP configuration or aquiring motion card IP (cant connect PC to router). Maybe someone could explain attached instruction? This is the step where i got stuck:

Connected the router to PC, at the moment i can move all axis with keyboard except spindle. How can i configure spindle setup? It works only when turned on control box
Did you have any luck getting it running? Thoughts/feedback about the machine?
Maybe the spindle is not connected to the board, in that case you cannot operate it from Mach3 but only from the front panel.
