CNC 3018 PRO _ Help needed

Can not get it up and running. Instructions are horrible . Seller was no help. Is the anybody that can give me the steps needed to get me started? Sept 1-2-3-4-

Hi,
Just bought a 3018 Pro and I have had no problems, everything is on the Internet (just the mainboard which is not firing the motor, I'm using a second PSU to feed it!. The seller is sending me a new board from China (long trip!)!).
When it comes to your question, where are you stuck with this machine ? Is it already assembled ? Do you have problem with assembly ? with using it ? with communicating with the PC ?

Did you ever get yours up and running? I got one a few weeks ago and have it up and running in addition I've also started doing some upgrades to make it better.
