Default Help diagnosing chatter in certain directions

Hey all, Ive got a 6040T which I use to machine aluminium which it does quite well except for in a certain direction...

As seen in the attached pic, viewing the machine from above when climb milling on the outside of a part it chatters moving Y+ but is good any other direction. for internal pockets I mainly notice it when doing clearing circles and it chatters in the 3'oclock to 6'oclock area.

Im guessing there is something loose somewhere but I did a quick check and nipped up all the bolts and nothing was obvious. Just wondering if someone can give me some pointers on the likely area of the machine is sloppy from the information provided.

ie when the machine is in those areas what is the direction of force?

Thats a hard one.....It could be a combination of several things.
Maybe post a short video of the prioblem?

Are you getting good chip size when cutting Ali? That seems to be a key feature, from what I have seen.

Abit hard to hear over the spindle and airflow... This video is taken from the side so left to right is Y axis and up/down is X axis, Can just hear it chatter in the top left quadrant.

Chatter can mean one of two things: either something is slightly loose on one axis (probably the Y axis) or your machine is just too weak to handle the loads.
    There WILL be a cause.

    Cheers
