Help! Y-Axis movement error.....

Hi all,
I am from Malaysia, got nobody to help me.....
My 40W Laser Engrave machine having movement problem, as per my video , sometimes the laser cannot move downward (Y-axis), it will working back after power off and turn the machine back on. 5 out of 10 time, this error happened. As my photos, the Y-Axis stuck half way, after reboot the machine, it able to buy but left one cut line.....
Anyone has any advice what happened ? Thanks.
