CNC Plasmer cutting Machine issues

Hi ,

we have a CNC Plasma cutting machine that uses NCEditor, it does not cut the correct measurement when cutting duct stencils.we do ducts and airconditioners. What would be the cause of the wrong measurement cut out not cutting properly.
