Default Best way to put a chamfer on a job

    Hi Guys,
I am making a guide for the charge plug on my prosthetic leg, as it difficult to get it in and can damage the charging port and leg cause much nashing of teeth.....

The guide is made of plastic and I was wondering your thoughts on the easiest way to cut a chamfer on the bottom, so it locates properly. See pic.

I have cut a pocket for the guide to sit in, so my ref point is the same.

I *was* going to just make a tool path with the tool ON THE LINE and did it once with limited sucess ( tool was not zeroed correctly. ( A)
Then I thought about offseting the tool manually and just lowering it the correct distance once contact is made (B)

    Whats the 'done' method?

Only have 3 axis maching and using Cut 2D.

I may also need a 120 ° vee bit as well, which I don't have yet.
