5200 Industrial chiller Flow Alarm won't stop!

Hello, I own the 5200 Industrial chiller and I'm having a water flow alarm. The temperature is showing fine and the bottom red light flashing. I can feel the water pressure in the hose and it's definitely flowing. I did unhook the hose from the input and and went directly from out to in and the alarm is still on. The water is flowing fine, I can feel it flowing and if I unhook the input hose the water shoots out high pressure. The water level is completely fine. I also reset the cooler twice and set all the settings again. Also after a few minutes the alarm starts going 4 times as fast. It's a super fast chirping sound.

Bad or disconnected flow/pressure sensor?

do you know where the sensor is? I looked through the manual and can't find anything on it.

Sorry, no idea. I would assume in the water lines somewhere, maybe in or near the pump?
