Default China 6040 4 axis router

    Greetings,

I just received the 6040 cnc router from ebay. the machine was suppose to come with a cd and of course it didn't. Does anyone have the files for Mach3 to get the machine to interface with the USB controller?

Probably easiest way to find the solution is take the housing cover off and take some pics of the Break Out Board you have, and post them here.
Someone will probably recognise the board and send you in the right direct.

If you did get the CD then it would have had a pirate version of Mach3 on it. You may as well save yourself the heartache and buy a Mach3 or Mach4 ( depending on your BOB and inclination ) license....about $150 ish?

Make sure your BOB *has* a Mach4 pluggin before you buy Mach4....some ( most?) still don't....
