this should be it.
Hi Mike!
I bought the same CNC, but another size (6040) and seller didn't sent any manuals, software or drivers. Can you share all this files with me?
Regards,
Igor
Those boards do not control functions using discrete I/O functions in real time. Upgrade to a UC100 or UC300ETH
https://cnc4pc.com/c76-uc300-multifunction-board.html and you will be able to run this with Mach3/4 or UCCNC.
Please contact us in our website if you have questions.

Since we are on this CNCEST USB board, my table works fine for XYZA, but the spindle controller cannot receive a M03 from Mach3.
When you click spindle on, it spins up, and click spindle off, it de-energizes.
It has recognized an M03 and M05 in the past, but just for a short period.
Any ideas?

6040 CNCEST USB running on Mach3 with the RnRMotion.dll plugin
Hi. Did you get it working. I have the same problem and am looking for answers.
Thanks for any help you can give me.
Regards.
James
Hi.
Could you send me the files please.
King regards.
James
Not sure if this is where to start, but it seems that many are seeking files to get there 6040 CNC to talk with their PC. Same issue. No connection. Just got this thing put together and cannot get it to do a thing?
Did you see post #5 in this thread?
There's a link to a page with some info on it.
Basically, you need to copy a 'plugin' ( for YOUR motion Card ) into your Plugin Folder in Mach 3, as well as having Mach 3 set up correctly.
The Supplier SHOULD have given you a CD or a link where to find the file, but thats not always teh case.
The file will be a "dll' file.
Hi all
I have purchased a similar Chinese CNC board from https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm...0-fae646b50642
Follow the website instruction, I downloaded plugins and manuals (in Chinese), with google translation, I have connected the board to my step drivers. Initially testing with Mach 3, three step motors work, but I have failed to test with spindle. I can not run spindle by code M3 in Mach 3
What I am not sure is my configure in Mach 3 (beginner in Mach 3)
My setting is below pictures
Connection to Inverter
Inverter connection by huan_vcn, on Flickr
Output setting in Mach 3
Output setup1 by huan_vcn, on Flickr
Plugins Config by huan_vcn, on Flickr
Can anyone tell me something wrong in setting or how to fix the problems
Thanks
Huan.
If you have the RED USB board shown at the top of this post, this is the driver which will need to be copied into the \MACH3\Plugins directory:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1J7...cAn2oyuDmouP2U
Also need to copy this file https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Fx...82oOo_nj0Gq1JK
to the \MACH3 directory for the proper settings.
