Have a look at this, go to my mach 3 set up page

Hello,
About 18 months ago I purchased a Chinese 5-axis router (HY-3040) in preparation for some retirement activity.
At the time I assembled the machine and found that the x, y, and z axes all responded to the blue plastic keypad that came with the machine.
Recently, I connected the HY-3040 to a computer, installed Mach3, and configured the software exactly as shown in the instructions accompanying the machine.
Here's the problem:
The stepper motors will not move. I can change the position of the three axes in Mach3, that is, on the screen, but neither the arrow keys nor the keypad cause any movement in the motors. (I am initially intending to only run 3 axes as I am new to this and want to learn the basics before I try 4 or 5 axes.)
I have searched YouTube for an answer and done some experimenting but all to no avail.
I'm at a loss to know what to do. Can anyone here help?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

What motion card do you have?
Do you have to copy a plugin into Mach 3 for it? You usually do.Mach 3 won't 'see it ' if you don't.
When your PC boots it should detect the motion card.
