Hi Shelby, I just bought that same one. although well built Frame, it will not run out of the box. I finally got mine going after a months study and help from this thread. just search "PRT-E1500W " on this forum and you can read what everyone had to do to get things going. you can also go here and read about this machine The CNC Blog: Home if you not the type to work on it then don't buy that.

I think they are called GX16 connectors. Heaps on Ebay. '16' refers to the diameter...mm

Sorry, misunderstood what you were asking.
Look at post #7 and 11 for limit switch info.
Have not seen anything regarding Z probe.

    Hi,

    Try this link https://buildyourcnc.com/Item/electr...ach3-USB-Board

Go down to #14 and it shows a wiring diagram. Sorry, can't help you with the laser, I have no experience with them.

    Hope this helps.

Just for clarification, based on that Diagram the USB controller is a bit more dumb with its limit switches. They are all wired to the same 2 Pins so other than smarts in Mach (hit limit which moving in X+ must be X+ switch) it has no way of knowing which switch is being activated. I guess that makes wiring it up easy as everything can have a common ground and signal.

Looks that way. I thought it was a little strange too but as you said, Mach knows which axis is moving so if it hits the limit that's all it needs to know. More concerning is that they are all normally open which means you would have no way of knowing if there was a wiring problem (broken wire) until it crashed into a machine limit. I'd much rather see these normally closed.

BTW there is a full wiring diagram at the top of that page that is pretty clear on all the connections.

Yeah I had seen that. Unfortunately the labeling on the wiring diagram and the board itself dont match which makes things a bit confusing but not impossible.
