Hard boring an outer race

Any suggestions on hard boring the attached part. I would need to bore the .569 dia. and come down to the .6308 dia. and bore across and do the backside .569. I would like to do this all with one tool but have not been able to find a cbn or pcd tool to do this with. I also have to turn the OD which is not a problem but I would like to run it in a dual spindle and pick the part off that is the reason for wanting to use only one boring tool
