Well, I am going to post this to the proper forum, but I want to see if there is any interested in purchasing my machine. It no longer has the aluminum bed, just MDF, and I replaced the chinese controller and BOB with a UCCNC product (works much better). Looking to move across the country and thinking I might be better of buying a new machine with ATC etc. The machine is located near Raleigh, NC. Details of the machine are at the beginning of this thread.

How much do you want for it? I'm located just South of Fort Worth, TX, and happen to have a friend that owns a trucking company. My biggest concerns would be related to the logistics aspects of getting it on the truck on your end. Can you tell me a little more about the upgrades you've done? Am I looking at the right links for them?

I am too. The price is really hard to beat when you look at comparable machines I'm guessing a lot of that is from the fear of importing (language barrier, logistics, customs).

Those are my biggest concerns, and then of course the challenges well documented in this thread, like where to go for tech support. Personally I look at the mechanical build of the machine and think "Wow, that looks solid, worst case scenario I can always replace the electronics."

They do list on their Ebay pages that you can contact them for TYD shipping prices. I think if I bought one I'd go that way. I'd really live to have a 5x10 sheet goods router, but I don't "need" one at this time. I've looked at them many times.

I've thought of building too. I like Ahren over at CNC Router Parts, but by the time I build one off his machines I could buy a couple prebuilt machines. Even domestic ones. Since my time has value maybe 3 or 4 of them. LOL.
