Please see the error in the attached picture.

Can someone please give a hint on what to do next? or what does the error code mean?

Just be careful what you measure, power off check the spindle Ground Pin #4 see if this has continuity to the spindle body, where do you live this will depend on what your country power supply is as to what could of caused this problem

What is the name on the VFD

    Hi,

So pin 4 has no continuity to the spindle body. It never had continuity. When the machine came it wasnt grounded. i had to get shielded cables and ground the the spindle.

i measured the resistance on the windings i see about 6 ohms between any 2 of the pins from 1 to 3 and no continuity from the winding pins to pin 4.

I think that the spindle is still good. the problem should be in the inverter after my judgement.

the input power of the inverter is 230V.

I have no ideea what to do next..

the inverter is "JD inverter" i found no info online on it. The ebay seller doesn't respond.

So you do have a Ground wire from Pin 4 to the VFD Ground, and the spindle is grounded to Pin 4, make sure of this, Your main Power supply Ground also has to got to the VFD Ground Terminal

Take some photos of what you have, the VFD may be Damaged, there are a few things to check first though
