Default need to remove inoperative 4th axis dc drive board

I have a mill with the Linux version of the Centroid control. It has a 4th axis driver board on top of the Servo3IO board. I need to disconnect and permanently remove this board. It has 4 fiber optic cables. I have tried disconnecting it but the software is still looking for it and won't let the machine operate. Can someone help me adjust the parameters to allow me to remove this 4th Axis? Thanks - Dan

You need to change the 4th axis label (on the Machine Configuration -> Motor Parameters table) to 'N', to indicate that the fourth axis is not installed.

You need to connect the #4 and #5 (DATA and SYNC) fibers from the CPU7 directly to the SERVO3IO, rather than having them connected to the DC Single and then using short repeater fibers from the DC Single to the SERVO3IO.

You need to remove the fault relay (RLY1 and RLY2 terminals) of the DC Single from your emergency stop contactor coil circuit.
