High speed spindle supplier

I'm looking for a small, perhaps 800 watt, 24000 rpm 3-phase air cooled spindle with angular contact bearings and integral ER11 chuck. It will be used with small (1mm and smaller) cutters for milling aluminum so low spindle runout is critical.

There are lots of vendors on eBay and Amazon with reasonable prices and various US based suppliers for much more money. Any Canadian sources? Does anyone have a recommendation of a brand / supplier with which they have had a good experience? Any that I should avoid?
