CNC Advice - Newbie
Ladies and Gentlemen, I am a woodworker who is in the initial process of designing a 4'x4' CNC machine for wood and other forms. I am looking for any advice from the experienced person and possibly someone to mentor me through the process. I am located in Southwestern Ontario and would also welcome the opportunity to have persons allow me to look at their units.
I will have to learn CAD as well as CAM and G-code so this is a long term project for me. I am retired so have the time to put into it.
Looking forward to your input. Thanking you in advance.

It is the one for $975, don't know if quality is good, should be ok as I will not be running it all day.
I have to go to Concord to pick it up as I didn't want it shipped in case something bends.
I have a shop in a warehouse, I am in Georgetown L7G 4S4
