From what I see in those pictures I think is not from post processor but from programing the toolpath, maybe avoid area not selected, or lead in and lead out.. Could be multiple reason. Have you tried on that simple part feature recognition?
Anyone know of a way to get the post processor output the correct G-Code without these extra operations/movement on this part? I can manually remove the extra G-Code but for more complicated parts it would a pain. The pic should the left-side part as it is supposed to be (in SolidWorks CAM) and right-side on the mill software for ProtoTrak RMX.
