Default Camworks lathe and mill/turn not posting Return to Home on Tool Change G28 code

Does anyone notice that the "Return to Home on Tool Change" checkbox in the turning dialogues doesn't make any difference in the posted codes? For example, if I checked that box I would expect the following code at the end of each turning operation with a subsequent tool change : G28 U0 W0.

I could hard code this line in the EC Editor, but that's not what I really want... I want it to be posted as and when I checked that box. I have tried all the different retract strategies but no results. Following is what it does:

Return to Home : Whether OFF on ON
When next operation is different tool

    Retract to : Preset Position
    Post : Preset Position values
    Retract to : Retract Point
    Post : Retract Point values
Retract to : Auto / Retract Point Then Preset
Post : Retract Point values, then to Preset Position Values
    Retract to : None
    Post : Last cut position

Return to Home : Whether OFF on ON
When next operation is same tool

    Retract to : Preset Position
    Post : Preset Position values
    Retract to : Retract Point
    Post : Retract Point values
    Retract to : Auto
Post : Continue from last cut
Retract to : Retract Point Then Preset
Post : Retract Point values, then to Preset Position Values
    Retract to : None
    Post : Last cut position

I dug into the machine.src, machine.lib, millturn.lib or lathe.lib, master.atr and scrolled through EVERY SINGLE LINE (took me few days full time) including search words that might reference that checkbox attribute or its argument and still no luck. Does anyone happen to know what checkbox attribute name is?

On an ending note, I feel like Camworks is slowly fading away. I mean their latest version is 2020 although we're approaching 2023 so... idk.
