Post processor Heidenhain 4 axes for camworks L X+0 Y+0 A+0 R0 FMAX
Hello,
Would you have a post-processor 4 axes continuous heidenhain TNC 410 or other that generated codes of this type: L X+0 Y+0 A+0 R0 FMAX A = angle in degrees for the 4th axis divider A = 0 ° (it's very simple)
Could you help me, I'm really blocked and desperate
I am looking for a post processor heidenhain TNC 410 or 426 with divider 4 th axis.
I found on this forum several post processor with 5-axis indication.
I tested these post processor heidenhain 5 axis, it does not work.
He takes out a code that does not exist on heidenhain.
I put you the program solidworks with integrated camworks it is a cam machined in 4 continuous axes
here is the code out by the post processor (my post processor and the 4 post processor 5 axis on this forum) identical code
0 BEGIN PGM MSRC131 HEIDENHAIN TNC 530 5 AXIS MM
1 BLK FORM 0.1 Z X + 0. Y + 0. Z + 0.
2 BLK FORM 0.2 X + 0. Y + 0. Z + 0.
3; -12 MM 3 Dts CARBIDE Ticn
4 TOOL CALL 06 Z S4244 DR-6.
5 * A + 0. R0 F MAX
6 LM81
7 FN20: WAIT FOR SYNC
8 FN20: WAIT FOR I12 == 1
9 LM80
10 L Z + 214.988 R0 F MAX
11 L X + 43.05 Y + 0 Z + 214.988 R0 F MAX
12 L X + 43.05 Y + 0 R0 F MAX
13 L Z + 214.988 F MAX
14 L Z + 207. F MAX
15 L Z + 195. F80
16 * A + 0. R0 F MAX
17 LM81
18 FN20: WAIT FOR SYNC
19 FN20: WAIT FOR I12 == 1
20 LM80
21 L Z + 214.988 R0 F MAX
22 L X + 42.979 Y + 0 Z + 214.988 R0 F MAX
23 CYCL DEF 247 INIT. PT REF. ~
Q339 = + 0;
25 * A + 0. R0 F MAX
26 LM81
27 FN20: WAIT FOR SYNC
28 FN20: WAIT FOR I12 == 1
29 LM80
This code does not exist on all heidenhain models:
5 * A + 0. R0 F MAX
6 LM81
7 FN20: WAIT FOR SYNC
8 FN20: WAIT FOR I12 == 1
9 LM80
1) Result Error. The FN is given special system FN20 does not exist for a non-continuous divisor one uses M functions
2) The program does not output angular values, so not even possibility to manually transform the program
For a correct code on continuous 4axes it would be necessary to write:
L X+0 Y+0 A+0 R0 FMAX A = angle in degrees for the 4th axis divider A = 0 ° (it's very simple)
I put the cam file on solidworks / camworks.
I put the post processor 4 post processor and mine gives the same result.
I put you the code generated by the post processor
