Yes thanks, this one was taken care of long ago.
I've been using a Legacy Finish and adjusting the tolerances to get it close to the edge.

doesnt it offer a "keep tool down" option ? or set your clearance to increment so it wont go so high. i would hit that first with advanced rough, leave about .01 per side, and bott. Alotta times i find legacy the best tool path, but each geometry seems like one strategy works better at this one, than that one.
